Registration fees include :

• Access to the conference hall and related equipment
• Access to the poster session rooms and related equipment
• Lunches at the conference center throughout the conference (Wednesday, October 1, Thursday, October 2 and Friday, October 3)
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
• Aperitifs on Wednesday, October 1 

Registration fees :

Academic :

• 340 euros

• Additional 60 euros gala dinner (registration limited)

Industrial :

• 380 euros

• Additional 60 euros gala dinner (registration limited)

Registration opens on Monday, June 2, 2025. Registration will take place in two stages: pre-registration followed by validation and final registration. You will receive all information by e-mail once your pre-registration has been validated. The first pre-registration batch runs from Monday June 2 to Monday June 30, with registration validations taking place from Tuesday July 1.
