Oral Presentations: 

Presentations should not exceed 15 minutes and will be followed by a 5 minutes question period. Please refer to the final program on the website for the day and time of your presentation. The presentation should be prepared with PowerPoint, and the conference room is equipped with a PC running Windows 11.

Poster Presentations: 

Posters should be printed in A0 size, portrait orientation (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 in). Authors are invited to set up their posters before 9am on the day of the session. The necessary materials for mounting your poster, including pins or Velcro, will be provided at the conference. Authors are also invited to be present at their posters for presentation/discussion according to the scheduled time. Posters will be displayed until the end of the day.
